There are no seasonal restrictions on hunting Fallow Bucks in Texas, which makes it a suitable trophy to hunt year round. The best time for Velvet bucks is August-October and for hard horn Fallow Bucks the best time is October-November. The earlier you can hunt your Trophy Fallow Buck the better due to their aggressive nature most bucks that are left in January-February are typically busted up from fighting. We will typically have trophy Fallow in all 3 colors that are common to Texas White, Spotted, And Chocolate.
